God faithfully builds His church, in His way and in His time. Over the years, God has birthed a family of believers who understand the reality of His life within and who recognise that proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ is our great commission.
He has entrusted us with a great message of salvation and hope; we have seen God do so many beautiful miracles, in terms of both physical healings and transformed lives, and we want to share with you what He has done for us.
Our purpose is simple:
We warmly welcome you to join with us any Sunday or Friday (see our church times). Remember, there is a good God who loves you and who can meet your every need. He always wants the best for you and in the most difficult circumstances He can bring deliverance and blessing.
We hope that you will be encouraged by what you read in the following pages. If you have any questions or comments, please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you.

At Trinity we want everyone to come face to face with the reality of Jesus Christ. Our message is simple: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

Trinity is a place where the Gospel is preached. We believe that God has called us to reach the lost with His message of redemption. God gave His Son, Jesus Christ, so that all can be saved from their sin. Our aim is to communicate this message through the preaching and teaching of God’s Word.
We also believe in a God of miracles – Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Every church should be a family. All through the Bible, parallels are drawn between Christianity and the family. God is our Father; the Church is the bride of Christ; Christians are referred to as brothers and sisters.
Trinity Church is one big family with different nationalities, cultures and ages. We are all united by our belief in Jesus Christ as our Saviour and the impact He has had on our lives.
The strong family ethos at the church means visitors are warmly welcomed.
At Trinity there is something for everyone. Like all families we enjoy many activities together: holidays, barbeques, fun days, entertainment.
As well as leisure time, people give time voluntarily to help with the day to day running of the church and the school. Building projects, administration, teaching, cleaning – there’s something for everyone to get involved with.
Many of the staff at the church and school are volunteers who give their time to help further the work of God.
We believe church should be for everybody and that everyone has a part to play.

Statement of Faith for Trinity Church
There is one God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the almighty Creator, Saviour, and Judge who governs all things according to His sovereign will and is accomplishing His purposes in creation and in the Church to His glory.
God the Father is the source of all that is good. He initiates creation and redemption which He accomplishes through His Son and the Holy Spirit.
The Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is God's written Word, revealing for all peoples His character and purposes. It is the final authority in all matters relating to belief and behaviour. The Holy Spirit moved the human authors of the Bible so that what they wrote is inspired, fully reliable, and without error in all it affirms.
Humanity is the climax of God's earthly creation, bearing His image, designed for relationship with Him, and being the object of His redeeming love. All people have sinned. This results in guilt, death, and alienation from God as well as the defacing of every aspect of human nature. People are unable to save themselves from sin’s penalty and power and from Satan’s dominion.
Jesus Christ, both fully God and fully man, entered history as Saviour of the world. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, and lived an exemplary, sinless life in perfect submission to the Father and in loving relationships with others. He died on a cross, rose bodily, and ascended to heaven where He is advocate for His people and is exalted as Lord of all.
Christ's sacrificial death, in which He bore the punishment due to sinners, is the only and all-sufficient basis of God's provision of salvation for all people of every culture and age, expressing His love and satisfying His justice. By God's grace the repentant sinner, through trusting alone in the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour, is put right with God, adopted by the Father into His family and receives eternal life.
The Holy Spirit makes the work of Christ effective to sinners, giving spiritual life and placing them into the Church. He indwells all believers, empowers them to love, serve, witness and obey God, equips them with gifts, and transforms them to be increasingly like Christ.
The universal Church is made up of all who have been born of the Spirit. It finds local expression in communities of believers called by God to worship, fellowship, proclaim the Gospel, and make disciples among all peoples, reflect God’s character, engage in works of compassion, contend for truth and justice, and celebrate baptism and communion.
The holy angels are personal spirit beings who glorify God, serve Him, and minister to His people. Satan is a spiritual being who was created by God but fell through sin. He, along with other evil spirits, is the enemy of God and humanity, has been defeated by the work of Christ, is subject to God’s authority and faces eternal condemnation.
The Lord Jesus Christ will visibly return to the earth in glory and accomplish the final triumph over evil. God will make everything new. The dead will be raised and judged. Unbelievers will suffer eternal punishment in separation from God; believers will enter into a life of eternal joy in fellowship with God, glorifying Him forever.
We are a family church. We believe in people coming face to face with the reality of the living, miracle-working God. With the Bible as our touchstone, we proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all, teaching the principles of God and equipping people old and young to fulfil His purposes.

We are so thankful for our friends who have partnered with us over the years.
If you have been blessed by this ministry then would you consider helping us to bless others, or encouraging someone you know to become a partner?
For those who feel called to become partners with us, you are a vital part of all that we do.
Some people may want to support us through prayer, others through a one-time gift, some on a regular basis.
Every gift, large or small, is appreciated and each will be used carefully to promote the Gospel message.
This is a team effort! God has called each of us to do our part. He is looking for willing and obedient people to partner – not with Trinity Church – but with Him, as together we link arms to tell the world HE LIVES.
Let us boldly declare and demonstrate that Jesus Christ is building His Church and that the answers for all life’s problems are to be found in Him!

Trinity School is an integral part of Trinity Church and provides a unique educational setting characterised by Christian values grounded in Biblical truth. One of the strengths of the school is the alignment of purpose between the home, the school and the church such that values, beliefs and moral standards are upheld. The school is open to children of Christian families in the locality who appreciate the nature of the school and who bring a similar commitment of purpose.

Every child is a gift from God, unique in character and talents, and the aim of the school is to nurture and develop each one towards their full potential. From its foundation in 1982 the school has made continuous educational provision for children from age five to eighteen, and is now located in the magnificent 73 acre site at Brizes Park on the outskirts of Brentwood.
The emphasis of the school is for each child to excel in their capabilities in academic study, in social skills, in sport, in music, and in their enjoyment of life. Staff and parents work together to achieve the best for the children in an holistic way, building a curriculum that engages body, mind and spirit.
Christian beliefs are the foundation of the school and these values deliver a clear moral standard and code of behaviour. Pupils are inspired by staff who are a living testimony to honesty, industry and personal integrity.
(For 5-11 yrs) Ark Bible Club is geared to presenting the message of salvation to children aged 5-11 years. Our purpose is that each child will discover the reality of God’s love in a living and personal way and begin the lifetime adventure of a relationship with Him.
"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6
The Ark Bible Club is a monthly activity session held at Trinity Church, Brentwood, Essex, where children of primary school age are presented with the Christian message of God’s love for them.

The Ark Bible Club’s aim is to present the Christian message of love to all the children in our care. Our core message is that the children would each know God’s love for themselves. The Ark Bible Club seeks to give the children confidence that there is a God who loves them, and that He is someone with whom they will start to build a relationship.
At every session, held on the premises of Trinity Church, we cultivate their relationship with God by teaching them The Lord’s Prayer and praying with and for the group. Many of the parents tell us that their children are beginning to pray, and this is really touching and encouraging.
The Ark Bible Club presents fun-filled programmes that bring the Gospel to life. We re-enact Bible stories with our team of volunteers, often using puppets; the children love the action songs, games and drama that are integral to our Ark Bible Club programme.
Our team is very committed, a crew of Christians who are passionate and dedicated to the work of the Ark Bible Club. Each uses their God-given talents to enhance and enrich the message of the love of God we want to share with the children. All our team is CRB checked.
The Ark Bible Club is aimed at primary school children aged 6 to 11 years (school years 2-6). Our Ark sessions are open to any youngsters in the community. We hold sessions from 10am to 12pm on one Saturday a month.
Our long-term vision is to reach into the community and schools. We always encourage parents to come along to the Ark sessions with their children and stay for tea or coffee while their children dive into the fun! Car parking spaces are available on site at Trinity Church and admission is FREE FOR ALL! Why not come along? We would love to see you!
Why not come along? We would love to see you!

(Teens 11+ yrs) JAM (Jesus and Me) is a youth group aimed at young people in school years 7 to 12, and seeks to encourage them to spend time and fellowship together in a fun and safe environment. Gatherings are monthly, and through these we aspire to encourage and challenge the teenagers in their walk with God. Our aim is that they will know exactly what, and more importantly why, they believe in God, Christianity and its relevance to their lives and the world around them.
"Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word." Psalm 119:9
The JAM youth group is a regular held at Trinity Church, Brentwood, Essex, where children of senior school age are provided with a safe environment to fellowship together and learn more about the relevance of Christianity in their lives.
JAM (Jesus and Me) is a youth group aimed at young people in school Years 7 to 12, and seeks to encourage them to spend time and fellowship together in a fun and safe environment. Gatherings are monthly, and through these we aspire to encourage and challenge the teenagers in their walk with God. Our aim is that they will know exactly what, and more importantly why, they believe about God, Christianity and its relevance to their lives and the world around them.
We seek to build on God’s Word, via the JAM sessions, and we want to foster the children’s personal relationship with Jesus Christ, so they can share with the people around them. Our key scripture is Matthew 22:37-39 “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This the first and great commandment. And the second is like it, You shall love your neighbour as yourself.” We aim to instil these principles in the lives of the teenagers at the JAM sessions.
Typical activities at the JAM meetings include games, drama, discussion and debate, with a strong focus on participation and input. These meetings provide the opportunity for children to build relationships with a wider age group, and also present an open and honest environment where they can discuss ideas and ask questions about Jesus and the Christian life.
JAM meetings are typically held once a month during term time on a Saturday evening, in a dedicated hall on the Trinity Church grounds. They are run by a group of people from all walks of life, including parents, teachers, pastors, professionals and students. The goal of the organising group is to serve God through working with the young people of the church, supporting the Christian direction they receive at home and at church. The long term vision of the JAM youth group is to reach out to the young people in the community and share the good news of the Gospel with them.
All the members of the organising team have CRB clearance and are committed members of Trinity Church.

(18+ yrs) Our vision at LOGOS is to support young people in finding their potential in Christ. Through study of God’s word, discussion and fellowship, we hope to enable individuals to hear God’s call and respond to whatever that might be.
"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever." Psalm 111:10
Have you ever asked yourself, "what is God's purpose for my life...?"
Life as a young person is hugely challenging and exciting. As the sun sets on your education, the rest of your working life is sprawled ahead of you and I imagine you're looking forward to making a mark on the world.

So what defines us and how do we reach our potential?
The values of young people are so often defined by the influence of peers, parents, educators and the media. And in modern society, the desire to fulfil one's potential is usually motivated from a selfish perspective and an increasingly sought after celebrity culture.
However, more often than not, society's values produce in a later life a sense of unfulfilment.... As one famous rock star sang, "I can't get no satisfaction!"
Our vision at LOGOS is to support young people in finding their potential in Christ. Through study of God's word, discussion and fellowship, we hope to enable individuals to hear God's call and respond in whatever that might be.
Christian living is the most exciting, fulfilling life... What's God purpose for your life?
